Cancellations and reschedules

Phoenix Music Lessons offers the most flexible scheduling in town!

To cancel a lesson please log in to your online portal. There you can cancel all the way up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your lesson. After that time there are no cancellations or reschedules and you must attend. The lesson will be charged and the teacher will be paid for that lesson.
If you are sick or uable to make it to the studio, and it is past the 24 hour point, just give us a ring and we can usually convert that lesson into an online lesson.

Don't worry if you forgot your password. Just use your email with the "Forgot Password" link and we'll email you a new one right away!

Discontinuing lessons

All lessons tuition is Non-Refundable However; you may transfer the lessons to a friend or or save it for later.

We know that there will be a time when you will need to discontinue your lessons and we are willing to work with you through that process. When a student unexpectedly discontinues their lessons, it wreaks havoc on the teachers schedule.
We ask that you please give us a 2 week notice to discontinue lessons so that we may plan accordingly. Your last two weeks will be billed at your normal tuition rate. If you are unable to attend for the next two weeks we will hold those two lessons until you are ready and able to take them.

For students under 18 years old

For in home lessons; If the student is under 18 years of age we require an adult, preferably a parent or guardian, to remain nearby in the home during the entire lesson. Please be prepared to greet your instructor at every lesson as we will not enter without an adults permission.

For studio lessons; there may be times when there is only one teacher present at the store. Since we are not a public school we ask that during these times an adult, preferably a parent or guardian, remain nearby in the studio during the entire lesson.
